Experienced & Friendly Dog Walker & Sitter.

Pet care experience

Hello - I'm Ryan! I offer dog walking, sitting and boarding services in and around the city of Worcester. Ever since I was very young, I have been training, caring for and walking dogs of all shapes and sizes. Dog Walking I am very flexible with dog walking times and offer both 30-minute and 60-minute slots. The walk will be structured towards the needs of the dog. In some cases, this maybe a leisurely plod around the woods or maybe a full hour of hardcore fetch. Unless, you would prefer otherwise, your dog will be walked with my dog (Macey, 18month rescue collie cross from Romania) for some companionship and if your dog would like: a potential chase partner (Macey's favourite game). I am happy to come pick up your dog and drop off after the walk, if your dog doesn't like car journeys, I can take them to wherever is local (as long as it's appropriate). My preferred walking location is Battenhall playing fields, the fields are fenced all the way round and also have some woods for your dogs to explore. As an additional service, I can also provide insights to training, or attempt some training on your dogs walk to ensure they are both mentally and physically exercised. A tired dog is a happy dog. Dog Boarding/Doggy Daycare If you are going away, I am more than happy to look after your dog in your absence. As mentioned above, my dog Macey will be here to welcome your dog and show them the ropes/rules of the house. We are available Monday - Sunday - please check my calendar. The dogs are allowed to roam completely downstairs wherever they please and of course can use the furniture to sleep and relax. There is a large abundance of toys for the dogs to play with too. Upstairs in strictly out of bounds, I have a stairgate which stops any of the dogs coming upstairs. I have a medium sized garden, completely fenced off (6ft) all the way round where the dogs can play, relax and sunbathe as much as they wish. The garden has one gate, which is always double bolted and covered, so impossible for any dogs to escape. Each night of the stay (boarding) will of course include a nice energy sapping dog walk and a night of games and puzzles (for mental stimulation). Me and partner do both have other jobs, however they are both home based, so someone will be with your dog 24/7. As an additional service, I also am happy to groom or train your dog. Please message me to discuss this further. Ahead of your dog’s stay - I will ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire just so I can make they feel as comfortable as possible and check if they have any special requirements. For any potential boarding clients - I would prefer if we could meet up before hand to introduce our dogs in a neutral location (perhaps county hall words) to ensure they both get on and are setup to become great pals before their stay. My prices may be slightly higher than other sitters. I like to think this difference is bridged in the quality of your dogs stay - with their happiness and comfort being my only goal. This could be through toys, puzzles and/or a variety of other techniques. I hope if you asked your dog if they would return they would bark back with an emphatic yes! House Sitting If you are going away, I am more than happy to look after your dog in your absence. I will ensure your house is returned in the same condition (if not better than is was left) when you return. I am happy to pick up a few additional house jobs for an additional service. I would only be leaving the house to walk your dog and pick up any amenities I would need. Home Visits If you need your dog to be checked on throughout the day - I can pop round to play, feed or train your dog whilst you are away. I can be flexible with times. If you do need the odd plant watering as well or the mail bringing in, I'm happy to do so. A typical check in will last for around 30 minutes.

Ryan did a drop in visit as we were out for 8hrs +. He let Bernie out to the garden and cleared up the mess Bernie had made. Ryan sent a nice picture of Bernie and him playing with a rope toy. Have booked Ryan again for when we are away for a wedding soon.

Definitely recommend! We met Ryan for a meet up initially which was easy to organise and worthwhile. We felt at ease straight away and booked our first walk. Ryan kept me up to date through the app and sent a fab report card after with pics and updates. Our doggo is pooped now! We will definitely book again :)

Ryan kindly sent a picture of Maddie when he dropped in and she looked happy. He also said that if we were going to be later than anticipated then to contact him and he would check on Maddie again. Having that reassurance was great. Would definitely book Ryan again.

Was great with my dogs. Especially as my younger one was slightly nervous about it all. Made her feel comfortable.

To recap on my house/garden - the dogs are allowed free roam of the whole downstairs and are more than welcome to relax on the sofa. I have a fenced off garden (6ft) with one gate that is also double bolted and covered. The dogs are also allowed free roam of the garden to play and relax.

Information Ryan T. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special needs that I can account for. I have experience with anxious dogs and happy to cater for them.

A typical day

I am very much believer of a tired dog is well behaved and happy dog. A typical day consists of a long walk and games in the fields to physically tire them out. This is followed by training/puzzles in the evening to mentally tire them out.
