Hi! My name is Ryan. I've just returned to Fountain Hills, Arizona from a 23-country drive across the world with my dog Nixie to raise funds for animal welfare organizations. Prior to our global trek, I worked professionally with reputable animal rescues including Arizona Humane Society, HALO Animal Rescue and Fearless Kitty Rescue. I've worked in animal care for over 10 years and have never spent a day in my life without a pet. After meeting my girlfriend in Thailand three years ago, we've personally saved, treated and re-homed dogs and cats off the streets. We've taken on pets from puppies to kittens to senior dogs with health complications who require special care. Pets are family - sometimes even closer than family - so I know just how important it is for you to trust your caretaker. I'm committed to ensuring you have peace of mind and confidence in my abilities. I'm responsible, highly detail oriented and available 24/7, every hour of the day, if you have questions or concerns. If you're boarding a pet with me, I offer a separate, private space in my home for your pet and a high-walled backyard to fend off any unwanted guests. I can offer potty breaks or meals as often as desired. If I will be visiting your home, I arrive in my own car and bring all supplies needed for the visit. I make sure to cover all house rules with you and leave your home safe and secure.

A typical day
Since we are located in the beautiful town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, I love to take dogs for nature walks and light exercise on the 1-mile sidewalk surrounding the fountain. My home is a 10-minute walk to the center of town so well be perfectly situated for exploring. As always, I consider weather and wildlife precautions at all times. Predators wander late at night so I advise day-time walks only unless directed otherwise. My home is spacious and allows for big and small dogs to play. I provide KONG chew toys and peanut butter for training.

I'm currently self-employed and create my own schedule, so I'm available for all services 7 days a week. I'm also completely flexible when it comes to time - early mornings and late nights are always welcome.
