Your dog's new best friend!
Pet care experience
We all know how important dogs are in our lives, so getting to become a dog sitter really was a dream come true for me. It’s great to be able to give back to pups and to my community all at once. I love being able to provide owners with the peace of mind that comes with having a trusted caregiver for their best friend. However, the most exciting thing for me is getting to meet new dogs! I have always been a dog person and always been able to connect with dogs almost immediately. My household growing up was a 3-dog household so I got great experience caring for and learning about how to handle different dogs as I was growing up. I now have my own bundle of joy and her name is Bailey! She’s a golden retriever and I have trained her all by myself. She’s as friendly as can be and loves to play. I have also volunteered for animal shelters, which has always been a great learning experience. and looked after my family and friends pets. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve also been a long-time pet sitter, so I already have lots of experience when it comes to taking care of others’ pets. I like to have a meet and greet prior to actually watching the dog. It is a great way for the dog and I to become familiar with each other before I come into their home. Plus, it’s the perfect opportunity for us to chat face to face about how I can give your pup the most perfect care possible. I like to ask tons of questions just to find out what makes your dog tick! I have no preferences on breed as I have owned 3 different breeds of dogs. When your pup is under my care, I always strive to provide excellent customer service to both you and your pooch. I’ll always be very attentive to the behavior and needs of the pup that I’m with, and make sure that they are happy and healthy at all times. I am always happy to meet pups at their energy level, so anything from tons of exercise to just hanging out on the couch together is fair game! For my human clients, I’ll always stay in contact and keep my lines of communication open at all times. I would be sure to send lots of pictures and videos of your pup and I having a great time together!
Reviews
Ryan has been great with his own dog as well as any dog he comes into contact with. He’s very lovable to dogs and always gets the job done!
Ryan has watched my dog, Sadie, several times and he has been nothing short of excellent! Would recommend and will be using him again in the future.
I can't recommend Ryan enough! He is dependable and really cares about my animals. My pups get very excited when they see him coming, they love the walks and the attention he gives them.

Some things I like to learn ahead of time: Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? What’s your preferred method of communication? Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? Do you have a vet nearby that you trust? Is your dog spayed/neutered? Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? What’s the best way to spoil your pup?
A typical day
I know that a healthy dog is a happy dog, so we’ll spend lots of time exercising together. Your pup and I will have lots of time to head out and explore! If your dog is good with other friends, I’d be happy to introduce them to my Golden Retreiver, Bailey. She loves to play and is always happy to meet new friends. On top of that, there are lots of great areas to head to. We love heading to the park and playing fetch, and there are tons of great dog parks nearby as well. But I’d be happy to meet your pup at their energy level, even if that means just being a couch potato!
