Ryan was great with Dash... As usual! We have been asking Ryan for help with our dog for 3 years.
Our dog is always happy to stay with Ryan.
The first two times with Ryan were really great but unfortunately the last one wasn't. We told Ryan not to keep another dog if he was taking care of my dog but he didn't follow this instruction, maybe he forgot or maybe the other dog just arrived , we don't know. When my husband and I picked up our 13 years old dog we heard another dog barking in Ryan's apartment, I asked him if he was taking care of another dog during the time he was with my dog but he said that they were ok together, this made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. First everything "looks fine" but later we found my dog was bitten in the neck for the other dog. Ryan never mentioned the incident between the dogs until we found blood coming. We finished in emergency because my dog started bleeding a lot. This was the most scary experience we ever had with a pet sitter . We feel very disappointed because we felt we could trust Ryan, we never expected things were going to finish like this, we know that accidents happens but now we're very scared to leave my dog with a pet sitter.
When moving to the city, I was a bit nervous on who I would find to take care of my dog, Willie, but he became fast friends with Ryan! On Willie’s most recent stay, he became sick. Ryan was quick to take care of the issue and communicated with me often to keep me updated on how Willie was doing. I am so appreciative of the great care he takes of my pup ❤️
