Hello! My name is Ryan and I have been an animal lover since childhood. I'm currently the proud dog dad to my 9-year-old German Shepherd, who is my whole heart. I grew up with cats (long live Cloudy, my boy!) and also took care of my friend's dogs. I am to the go-to for my friends and family when they travel for cats, dogs, fish, bunnies, and reptiles. I joined Rover because I know how hard it is to find just the right pet sitter. As the parent of a German Shepherd, I know what it's like to work with animals that are high anxiety and emotionally very attached to their parents (and vice versa). Building trust with both the owner and a pet is very important to me, which is why my meet and greets are always free. I want to make sure YOU feel comfortable with me stopping in to take care of your family members, just like I would with my own pup. For dog parents: I love taking long walks and making sure they get proper exercise. If that's not their jam, that's cool too! I'm here to provide companionship and will hang out with them. It's also important to me to keep your dogs safe while on my watch. I do not let them play with other dogs and kindly tell other dog parents that I'm the dog walker. Dogs are very different with people who are not their parents, and my goal is to make sure your pup is happy and safe when you return home. I will make sure every gate, leash and door is secured. Currently I am offering dog walking and drop-in services for dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, and reptiles. If your animal isn't on that list, feel free to reach out and ask! Outside of pet care I work in marketing management, so know that I am reliable and will be on time and following any specific instructions you leave with the upmost respect.
