Pet care experience
I have always loved dogs and growing up we always had a family pet. When I got older I adopted some pets of my own and they are my little fur babies. I believe that our dogs are part of the family and thus we spend a lot of time with them and give them lots of love. If you chose us to watch over your pups we would also treat them with the love and care that we give to our own dogs. I am a graduate student and work from home several days of the week (Wednesday and Friday days as the exception). Therefore, I spend a lot of time at home with the pups. I will be on winter break most of Dec-Jan and will be home throughout the week. During the school year I teach on Wednesdays and Fridays and therefore, prefer not having pups at home all day by themselves. However, if you would like to work out an extended stay I am open to discussing that in more detail.

Not only is Ryan a doting dog dad to his two furbabies, but he has cared for my two dogs on numerous occasions. He's made daytime visits to my house for potty breaks and playtime. I have one crazy dog and one stubborn dog and they both love Ryan. Ryan is dependable and patient, and he sends thorough text updates when I'm away. Thanks, Ryan, for treating my dogs like your own!
My dog has a lot of special needs and I know I can trust Ryan to take care of her when my husband and myself are out of town. At a kennel our dog had been overlooked due to the amount of dogs and the one-size-fits-all mentality. I know that when I leave her with Ryan she will get the individual attention she needs.
Ryan is a loving and attentive dog caregiver. Cali and Bandit, Ryan's wonderful dogs, are perfectly well behaved little angels that are the product of his caregiving abilities over the years. In the past, Ryan has watched my own dog, Hank, and was fantastic. He provided pictures of Hank during his stay and nightly updates on how he was doing. Ryan is not only a wonderful caregiver for his own dogs, but for any dogs he comes in contact with. I highly recommend leaving your pups in his care.

We have two small dogs so it would be helpful to know whether your dogs gets along with other dogs. More than happy to set up a meet and greet if you are concerned. Also, would like to know any dietary restrictions, where the pup generally sleeps, how often they go out, and whether they are leash trained. Because we have other dogs, knowing your pup is up-to-date on vaccines is also needed.
A typical day
We often like going on walks in the park. Given the impending winter, I suspect that some of those walks will turn into cuddle-fests on the couch :)
