Pups are well taken care of and come home happy. Ryan is responsive and always sends updates during the stay.

This is an updated review since it’s been a while since the previous one. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan. According to my rover history, my dog has stayed with him 13 times since March of 2018. Each time he returns home exhausted and happy. My dog absolutely loves Ryan, loves his roommates, and especially loves his dogs. Every time we enter the neighborhood he lights up like Christmas has come early. I get countless pictures of him relaxing on what seems to be every bed in the house (human and dog) and cuddling with everyone looking so content. Ryan is fantastic about communication-he responds quickly and throughly to messages, even the couple times that I’ve sent something late at night without checking the time. He is extremely flexible for pickup and drop off times, and has been able to accommodate my dog last minute numerous times. My dog has separation anxiety and Ryan has somehow worked magic in order to ensure he or one of his roommates is home 24/7 for him. I’ve sent a complex food routine of dry food/wet food/supplements with no issues. There have been times where my dog has minor injuries that Ryan kept an eye on and gave me updates. Overall, I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. Even with all my pickiness and my dog’s specific needs, Ryan never makes me feel like a bother and always approaches things with my dog’s best interest at heart. I am so lucky to have found him.
