Pet care experience
I’m an experienced dog walker who is excited to meet your dog and go out for a stroll! I work with all breeds and ages of dogs. I like to understand what is unique about your dog before going on a walk to make sure they have a safe and fun experience. Please let me know if you have any preference for routes. If you have woods near your home, I’d love to go on a forest trek with your dog. I’m 29 and living in Damariscotta with my 8 year old Border Collie mix. I would love to walk any local dogs, and I’m also willing to travel a fair distance for walks. I hope to hear from you soon and meet your pooch!

Before walking your dog I want to know as much as I can about them so I can make sure they have the most fun walk possible while also staying safe. This can include walking style, any phobias the dog might have, any specific call words used or recent relevant trainings, and anything you know that your dog just really likes to sniff or experience on a walk!
A typical day
I like to discuss routes in depth with owners to find out if they have any specific preferences on where I should take their dogs to have the most fun while staying safe. I'll adjust the walking pace based on the needs of the dog - if they need to get a lot of energy out, or perhaps if they need a slower sniff adventure. I also love taking dogs into nature if that is possible.
