Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs since I was in my teens. I watched the neighbors dog with my sister when they were on vacation growing up. My sister had a Pomeranian dog breed throughout high school into college. Have experience watching Shih Tzu's, Chihuahua's, St Bernard, and Black Labs. I have experience watching a mixed husky (breed) and have known the dog since 2014. I most recently watched Renly while they were on a camping trip during the summer of 2023. This dog lives with epilepsy and special care was provided twice a day! I have experience with little and large breeds and enjoy animals and getting outside for a walk after work!

Ryan was awesome! He was adamant about meeting my chihuahuas and giving updates often! He made sure that they were comfortable when some big storms moved through and was so considerate of being in our home. We are grateful and would use again.
Ryan is an excellent pet caretaker who has watched our cat and our special needs dog (epilepsy) on multiple occasions. The pets have gotten to know and love him, and are always happy and healthy upon our return. From updates and pictures, it is evident that Ryan really cares for the animals, and they enjoy the quality time spent with him - walks, playing with toys, and quality time at the house. We highly recommend him!
5 Star !! Ryan stayed at our house & came by to meet us & Bailey twice before we left. My dog likes to be at home. Ryan did great really trying to understand Baileys likes & dislikes prior to us leaving. Bailey quickly became very comfortable with Ryan & slept with him at night. It was great getting pictures of them both together. I could tell my dog was happy. This allowed me to relax. I received many daily updates. Ryan has such a kind heart & really feels like family to us. I'm a first time Rover.com client & could not have asked for more. Ryan is the best !! Don't hesitate.

I can crate your dog as needed or kennel when I am not at home. I pay close attention to the dogs when outside to ensure they are safely in the yard. I have experience with electric fences and houses that do not have the electric fence.

I have experience working with low energy dogs to high level energy dogs. Please let me know if the pet has any special routines, example getting a treat after going for a walk outside.
A typical day
In downtown Victoria, Minnesota there is a walking trail along Stieger Lake that proceeds to go all the way to Excelsior, Minnesota. Carver Park Reserve has an off leash dog park near by.

I am working full time during the weekdays, available during the weekday evenings and weekends to be at home providing pet care. I can take for walks after work for exercise.
