I grew up with dogs my entire childhood and have a Great Pyrenees and a Golden Retriever currently. I have cared for my family and friends dogs as well and know how to handle dogs with different personalities. If you have a larger dog and are worried they can't be walked by someone else you will not have to worry about that. My dogs are currently almost 100 lbs and 60 lbs so I know how to handle larger breeds. I can handle dogs of all sizes safely and effectively.

I have a Great Pyrenees and a Golden Retriever so I know what it takes to effectively take care of a dog. All dogs need attention, love and walks! It is important to keep them on their schedule and what I always want to do is make sure your pet doesn't have to change their routine when you are away. Many times when dogs owners are away, if their dogs schedule isn't thrown off then their dog handles the separation much better and you can have peace of mind while you are away. My goal is for you to enjoy your vacation or time away from you dog without having to worry at all about how your pup is doing without you. They will always be safe with me.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. It is always important for me to have a good understanding of what you expect from your dog on walks (sitting at the street corner, staying away from other dogs, how close you keep them on the leash etc..) so that I can keep those behaviors consistent when they are with me. Consistency is so important for them and I want to make sure I am doing my part.
A typical day
When walking around my neighborhood I love to walk around Tahoe Park as parks are a great place for dogs to smell all the trees and grass and gives them a chance to find some shade on those hotter days as well. I know my dog always enjoys walks around any park.

Availability
I currently work full time but have flexibility to come and go as I need so if you are someone who needs afternoon or evening walks I will be able to do those any time for you. I do work in education so I have scheduled breaks and summers mostly off so I do have unlimited availability during those times.
