-Owned dogs (especially big dogs) my whole life -Have Owned several pets with special needs -Can administer oral medication, injections, topical medications, and others. -Have trained multiple puppies in basic commands, leash training, crate training, and a few tricks (my family called me the puppy whisperer, for crate training my grandma's unusually stubborn italian greyhound mix) I’ll make sure your dog is healthy and happy while you're away!

Dogs and cats are like family to Ryan, having grown up with them all his life. And the feeling is mutual--they love him! We know our pets are safe and happy with him. He also has experience training his and family members' dogs in basic obedience--and has had great results with even the most stubborn pups. He has experience with and is comfortable with both Great Dane-sized and Italian Greyhound-sized dogs as well as cats. I highly recommend him to give your pets the attention and love they deserve when you can't be with them yourself!
I’ve known Ryan Babe since he was very young. Ryan is quiet, reserved , honest with very high ethics and morals. He is from a very good, stable, and loving family. He is an extremely hard worker and very dependable. He has a heart of gold and dearly loves his dog, Petra. He has worked for me during summer breaks from his studies at the university. He is so polite and responsible. I’ve always been pleased with the quality of work he has done for me. He loves all animals as he has grown up with cats and dogs and chickens (for fresh eggs). He will take care of your pets like they are his own.

Unfortunately I am not equipped to board animals at my residence, but I am happy to stay overnight and throughout the day at a client’s home. I am also happy to provide other basic house sitting tasks (watering plants, feeding a fish, mail, trash, etc.) if needed.

A typical day
My dog at home, Petra, never seems to tire out, so I'm used to being the eternal tennis ball pitching machine. Your dog will get plenty of play and walk time!

Availability
I’m in college and go back-and-forth between two locations: Salem clients: I’m available just about 24/7. I work as administrative support at a family member’s office, but my hours are completely flexible. Houston Clients: I am in school, but most of my spread out through the day, with gaps from noon-3 if I need to care for a pet during the day. I do often have commitments in the evenings (until 7pm) but I’m usually able to make a short stop in the late afternoon if necessary. Weekends are completely free except Saturday mornings.
