I am 18 and have grown up with dogs and other animals my whole life. I feel like I always had a connection with dogs. I genuinely care for all dogs and have always loved them. No matter whose dog it is I will treat it like my own. I have taken care of my dogs as a kid when my parents would go out of town and have taken care of other family members pets. My sister has a new Australian Shepherd puppy that she left with me for a week when she went out of town and wants me to take care of her again because she said I’m the only one she trust. My new roommate has two dogs one or which is a puppy that was in need of being trained. He was very shy but opened up to me right away. My roommate has had trouble training him and asked for me to help, in about 30 minutes I was able to teach him sit, stay, come here and how to leave food. I am still trying to train him and help him get better at his commands because we had a connection right away.
