Unfortunately this was our first time using Rover so we did not know what to look out for. We never met Ruverlyn only a random man at the address. It's listed as having a yard but it was just an open neighborhood where all the dogs were running around freely. They could of ran away at any time, been taken or have been hit. Our Bug came back covered in hives and bites that we are still treating weeks later.

There were multiple dogs during my pet's booking and I was not aware of that. I had to beg for photos and only received a 1 second video. I alerted the sitter of my ETA 30 mins ahead of my arrival time and she was not there when I arrived. Instead I was greeted by people I did not know and they had to call the sitter to find out which dog I was taking and the stuff that belonged to my dog.
