Pet care experience
I'm a lifelong dog lover! I grew up with dogs and have been sitting dogs professionally for 4+ years. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs, dogs with special needs, and rescues. I currently have no pets (will adopt again someday!) but I love doting on other's dogs. I'll go the extra mile for your pet!

I had a wonderful experience working with Ruthanna and would 100% recommend her as a pet sitter! During my vacation, she gave consistent updates and photos, went out of her way to accommodate any requests, and left my home in pristine condition. I was relaxed throughout my trip knowing my Mixie was in reliable hands and seemed to be having the best time. At the end of my trip I fell ill and needed to extend last minute, and she was a life saver by accommodating me. Truly one of the best sitters I’ve worked with!

Ruthanna and Miles were the best hosts for our girl Tuesday. We were on a longer trip and worried about leaving her for so long with a sitter, but our worries were quickly eased when we saw how well she was being cared for and entertained. We were so appreciative of the daily updates of their walks and outings (and a little jealous of some of the amazing places that she got to enjoy!). Ruthanna and Miles only take one dog at a time so we know Tuesday was able to get undivided attention. We also loved that Ruthanna works from home and was there with Tuesday all day. We highly recommend entrusting your precious furbaby to Ruthanna and Miles!
Ruthanna was awesome, both loving my two labradoodles and having them lie with her during work from home hours. She handled detailed medication instructions, carried the one who had just had surgery up the stairs after walks, and coordinated for pick up by a relative to take them for a follow up vet appointment. Excellent!

A typical day
I provide plenty of pets and attention. If your dog has toys, I'm happy to play fetch and keep them entertained. Love going on long walks, and if your dog is up for, runs. My neighborhood in the Presidio is the perfect environment for dogs - the forest, beach and trails are a short 10 minute walk away.

I work from home fulltime, Monday-Friday & my schedule is flexible. I love to spend my weekends going for long walks on the great trails near my apartment in the Presidio.
