Hi, I'm Ruthann. I am home full time and am able to provide your dog with all the care and attention he deserves during the stay. I typically only care for one family’s dogs at a time, so your dog’s well-being will be my number one priority. Our home, near Woodstock Park, is in a great neighborhood with lots of trees for shade. We have a big yard with grass and a 6 foot fence surround. The price listed is for a 24 hour stay for a dog weighing up to 25 lbs $35. I am one of the advanced sitters who has undergone the advanced screening, I have been met face-to-face and my home has been inspected. My husband and I love dogs. Having a dog has taught us so many lessons! That long walks are good. Ordinary things are extraordinary! That you can find friendship in unlikely places. Meeting new people is fun and easy and takes just a wag. That lying in the grass is the best thing in the world. Having a dog in our family has vastly improved our lives. We also know spending time away from them is stressful, but knowing your dog is safe and happy makes being away from them a little easier. We can help with that and we can't wait to see what your dog teaches us! Why I love dog sitting I can't remember a time in my life I haven't had some sort of animal friend, from horses, to birds, cats, and lizards A house is not a home without animals in it. Meet my pets Besides our own dog, we have a cat. Our cat loves our dog but may be stand-offish with others. (just ignore them) We also have a few geese who patrol the back yard. About my yard We have a generous front yard that is enclosed by a six foot high metal fence. Plenty of room to run and roll in the grass! My experience administering medication We understand that some pups may need medications. We will be sure to follow your instructions to the letter!
