Fun, responsible pet sitter
I've been a dog owner for my entire life, attending dog training classes as early as 6 y/o. In the past, I shared responsibility for 2 family dogs (a Doberman and Springer Spaniel). I also have my own puppy, a friendly little mini-poodle named Peri! I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for 8+ years, and offering services on Rover for over a year now. I love all dogs and I will work to meet a variety of needs, from high energy puppies to elderly/disabled dogs. I don’t have a lot of experience with cats, but I’m happy to learn. I’m looking forward to meeting your furry friend!

Safety, trust & environment
Communication with clients is my #1 safety priority. I will ask questions to determine how to best care for each individual pet. I try to maintain a sense of normalcy/ routine to keep pets calm in what could be an otherwise stressful situation.
Ratings and reviews
Ruth did several drop ins on my dogs when I was gone. She came on time, and took pictures. One of my dogs is a bit wary of strangers, and she did great getting her to respond. I would definitely work with Ruth again.
Ruth is the most loving, responsible, and caring person I know. Her attention to detail literally saves lives in here daily job. Great dog caretaker.
Ruth was amazing! She dog sat mr.pancho for multiple days over night and took him on multiple walks throughout the days. She made sure to send me pictures of my fur baby every day and give me updates on his behavior etc. She made me feel super comfortable and would definitely recommend

Schedule
Right now I have a very open schedule to dedicate to pet care. I take classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at IVC, and work at Mission Hospital on weekends.
