Pet care experience
Is there anything better than walking into the house and there is your dear sweet dog with his tail wagging so vigorously that the wiggle transfers way up to their head. I have had a dog for most of my life, however, I am unable to have one at this time and I am so ready for the opportunity to share my love with your special pet. There are times when a dog wants to just be near you, so they know they are not alone and then there are those that want to run and jump and play catch outside in the bright sunlight. Either way I would love the opportunity to sit with your dog.

Ruth has always been so caring when she has stayed with or just cared for my dogs, Stella and Sparkles. She made sure that they always had what they needed and spoiled them with attention. Ruth is a very caring person!
Ruth loves pets! She takes care of dog right now of her own and is very attentive to his needs. She takes accountability of what needs to be done if there was an any sort of an issue. When she’s at my house she will always love on my dog as well. She would be an excellent caregiver for whoever’s pet she was taking care of, the owner (s) would be pleased with her service.

I do not currently have a dog at my home but one thing I always made sure of was when I had a dog was when my dog wanted to go out, I always made sure the gates were closed. You can depend on me to take care of your pet and your pet's safety, just as I would my own.

I would need to know about any aggressive behavior your dog may have around other dogs, and if so, what can I do to avoid that. Is a dog park out of the question or does your pet lurch at other dogs that may pass by on a walk?
A typical day
I love going on walks on trails or in the neighborhood. I also love just hanging out in the backyard playing fetch or brushing, combing or maybe even a doggie “massage.” If acceptable, I volunteer at the Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and the trails there are beautiful, if car rides are allowed.

Availability
I am retired and do volunteer work a few days a week. Since it is volunteer work, my schedule is very flexible. My hours are open to meet most any schedule.
