Our dog has “stranger danger”, separation anxiety and can be nervous about meeting new people- which manifests as lots of barking! Ruth, however, was more than accommodating with this and our pup’s special needs. She was happy to do multiple introductions to allow time for our dog to warm to her and was very understanding and patient. It’s clear she’s passionate about animals and knows what a special place our pets have in our homes and hearts! Now, Ruth and our pup are fast friends and we’re so grateful for her help in frequently looking after our girl. Ruth is eager to learn more about canine behaviour and training/certifications and I have no doubt will do well with this. Would definitely recommend :)
Ruth has been looking after our Gracie for a week and has gone above and beyond we couldn’t have asked for anymore .We have been updated twice daily with both photos & information and even a couple of calls too to let us know how Gracie has been getting on which was fantastic knowing that she has been looked after perfectly & truly been given the best love ,care & attention we all want for our fur babies. If anyone needs someone to look after your pet & home sit them too ,Ruth is your lady ,she’s personable ,kind ,& caring ,nothing is too much trouble … we would highly recommend her … thanks to you Ruth for putting our minds at ease knowing Gracie has been in safe hands whilst we have been away it really has been appreciated 😘 Xx
Ruth was absolutely fantastic! She came to my rescue at very short notice and not only helped me out but went out of her way to look after my dog. I would highly recommend Ruth to everyone because she goes above and beyond for your pet and is also a wonderful person
Ruth has recently starting taking Max, a temperamental black lab, for walks a few times a week. She treats Max as if he were her own, making sure he gets a good walk and also plenty of love and attention. I would not hesitate to recommend her for looking after your dogs.

A typical day
I love to take my dogs to the river and wooded areas but sometimes venture further afield to the local beaches. The level of activity depends on the capability of the dog ie fetch for the more active dogs but just a gentle stroll for the older ones I’m happy to discuss activity requirements you may wish for your fur baby
