Hello! Growing up, I've always lived in a home with no less than 4 animals, and at least one dog at any given time. Since moving to Birmingham, I've missed the affection and enjoyment of my 4-legged housemates. Which is wher eyou and your pooch come in! I am a responsible and dedicated young professional, with 15+ years experience baby-sitting and several dog-sitting jobs. I especially welcome any opportunity for dog walking. Hope to talk soon!

We contacted Russell at the last minute as we were from out of town and needed a dog sitter at the last minute. Russell was very responsive. She also understood what our dog needed. She sensed the dog was feeling insecure, so she took her for walks and kept her busy until we were able to pick her up later in the day. She really does understand how to read dogs. Especially active dogs like my German Shorthaired Pointer.

I live across the street from Avondale park and not far from Highland Park area. We can certainly have jaunts in the park. I'm a runner and, depending on your/your dog's preferences, could take your dog on jogs as well. Plus! I'm looking for excuses to experiment with baking more and will provide your dog with home-made treats!
