Pet care experience
I would like to have the opportunity to take care of your pets. I am new to Rover and look forward to building references as my experience grows with the service. I have not met a cat or dog that I didn't get along exceptionally well with or they with me. I have done some pet sitting in the past (as well as 'house sitting'). I retired from the US Navy in 1996 and recently retired from the Military Sealift Command in 2017 (total 41 years). I am available to care for your pets the vast majority of the time, be flexible in my hours, for extended periods and on short notice if needed. I can give baths, light grooming, outdoor walking and exercising. I will give your pets the same level of love and attention as I give mine. Thank you

The name first! How many times a day to feed, what type of dog food and required quantity. How many times a day require walking for play & potty needs. Any special care instructions (medications, watch for unusual behavior, etc). What are their favorite toys & activities? Any other information I should know about/be aware of (afraid of lightening/thunder, loud noises, hates the neighbor's cats, likes to get their belly rubbed, etc). What are house rules (not allowed on furniture must stay in kitchen or in defined area only, no barking in house, etc). Any other pertinent information I should/need to know. Who to contact & how should something unexpected happen. Prefer not to care for dogs over 50 lb. or tend to be nervous/squeamish around new people.
