Pet care experience
Boulder resident for almost 15 years and helped care for animals over several decades. I am an empathetic person with strong connection to animals and their needs. You can count on me that your pets will NEVER be in cages and will get plenty of play time on our beautiful property and full run of the house. Our guest canines always have a wonderful time at our home with our resident dogs and love the attention from humans.

Rupa was amazing! Our pups have a wonderful time staying with Rupa! She has a large fenced in yard and works from home so they’re able to play throughout the day. We always have peace of mind, knowing that they are well cared for and loved. We’re really looking forward to them spending more time with her while we’re away.
I would give Rupa a ten star rating if I could. I was nervous about leaving our 14 month old Newfoundland for the first time especially since she was only about 11 weeks out of hip replacement surgery. Rupa and her husband took excellent care of Sophie. In fact I think right now she misses them more than she missed us! Rupa sent photos and updates every day which made our first vacation in a long time much more relaxing and happy. I can't say enough good things about her!

The dogs have access to the entire 4000sqft of our home and we have an acre of fenced in yard for play time and potty breaks. Playtimes are always 100% supervised. They’ll be a part of our pack and will get lots of love and attention. Nestled in the mountains and only 15 minutes from Pearl street. There’s a pretty good chance that your dogs are having a better vacation than yours and will not want to leave camp rupa!

Information Rupa S. would like to know about your pet
I don’t have age, breed or size preference but it is important for me that the dogs are not too high energy or destructive since I do have a few senior dogs at home and it might be too much for them to be around. It’s also important that your canine family members get along with other dogs and cats. I will require proof of vaccination and only spayed/neutered animals are hosted at our place. Our home would be ideal for a chill dog that just wants to play for a bit and mostly relax and enjoy the mountains with me and our dogs.
A typical day
The dogs will love exploring a whole acre of fenced in area and will gets tons of playing with my dogs as well as playing fetch. They will get potty breaks in a smaller fenced area every 2 hours.

Ever boarded your beloved pup at a over crowded boarding facility only to find out they caught various illnesses during their stay while getting nickel and dimed for every basic service (1:1 time, treats, medications administering) that should have been included with the stay anyways? You wont have to worry about that at all during your pup's stay with me!! I work from home which gives me the opportunity to be able to supervise your dogs at all times. Also i only take in 1-2 guest dogs at a time so rest assured your pup will get plenty of 1:1 attention that other facilities/sitters might not be able to provide. They will get plenty of play time as well as snuggles on the couch. At night, they will sleep in our bedroom and there are plenty of cozy dog beds they can choose from.
