Caring. Amazing. Friendly. So this was our first time sending our puppy Cosmo to someone else to look after and Ruoxi was more than amazing! She and her family and friends went above and beyond to look after our puppy for four days and tailor to his needs. He was well-looked after and given so much love from them. He even got to spend time and socialise with their own dogs which was great for his confidence. We received regular updates from Ruoxi every day, with loads of information about how he is doing, as well as so many cute photographs of him playing with them and his new doggy friends. Cosmo can be shy of walks as he is a puppy, however Ruoxi and her partner were able to take him multiple times a day alongside Ollie, which built Cosmo’s confidence so much :). Honestly our mind was at ease whilst being away from Cosmo and Ruoxi even let him keep some new toys and treats which we were so grateful for! If you’re looking for someone to look after your pet who will go above and beyond for them and shower them with so much love, care and tailored attention then I HIGHLY recommend Ruoxi. We and Cosmo loved them so much we will be keeping in regular touch so that Ollie and Cosmo can meet and play together in future!
