I'd like to know of they're food aggressive if they do or do not get along with children or other animals , I'd also like to know about any allergies & medical issues the dog may have, I'd also like to know if the dog knows basic commands and if it has a history of running away or bit coming back when called. No breed prefences .

Activities would include walking up to the nearest parks or whatever walking paths are close , playing fetch in the yard or at the park if the dog is trained, playing tug of war with the ropes , treats if allowed . If the dog is trained to ride in cars and walks well stays with well than other adventures could happen like going to the resivour or river on a hot day if it's alright with the owner :).
