Ruby helped us with our first use of Rover to board our female Long-Haired German Shepherd, Kira. We know Kira to be quite the anxious doggo with new places, people, and dogs and have never boarded her with anyone but close friends and family - so we were quite nervous with using a boarding service for the first time! This was even more nerve wracking as Kira is currently dealing with some allergies and is cone-ridden and must be checked in on quite frequently to make sure she's ok. Ruby replied to our request immediately and was extremely warm and welcoming to help us feel comfortable with watching over Kira for a weekend. What additionally spoke volumes to us was how openly and comfortably Kira waltzed right into Ruby's care and into her home. Ruby sent tons of update photos and messages with Kira looking super happy and comfy and it made us feel so amazing having her cared for with the same love we want to give her all the time. Ruby even went out of her way to make sure Kira had plenty of exercise and socialization far more than we normally give her which was going above and beyond. When we came by to pick Kira up after the weekend she was super happy and content with a positive energy and aura we hadn't seen from her in months! So happy with our discovery of Rover as well as meeting Ruby with her amazing care of Kira! Thanks a billion!!!!
