Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Ruby and I have had large breed dogs since I can remember. I currently have a 1.5 y/o Black Labradoodle here at VT and she is my whole world. I personally potty trained her along with the basic tricks (sit, stay, down, paw) and have also trained my family dog (3 y/o Golden Retriever) the same. I also worked at a Doggy Daycare over the summers in high school that did overnight boarding, daycare, and lots and lots of walks! I have access to both fenced and non-fenced areas for your pup to play when staying with me! Just let me know what is most comfortable for you and your furry friend’s tendencies & routine :)

Ruby is a fun and caring dog owner who loves her dog more than anything. She is a former student athlete so she is very active and responsible, and able to reliably make sure her dog gets enough exercise. She takes care to feed her dog right with good food and cuddles with her all the time. Your dog would be lucky to get to hang out with Ruby!
All dogs love Ruby. She is a natural animal lover and is very perceptive and playful. My dogs love to see her when she comes to our home which I always think is a good sign. She keeps our dogs active and is very good at managing them. Ruby is reliable and punctual. I would highly recommend her !

I live in an apartment with no roommates but I do have a very friendly 1.5 year-old Labradoodle named Juneau to keep any of your animals company and helping them maintain a constant tail-wag! There are lots of grassy areas around my apartment, I am very active (daily walks&runs), and there is even a fenced Dog Park that I would be happy to introduce to your Pup!

A typical day
I love to be active with my dog - walks, runs, hikes. Also, whenever I leave the house I turn on classical music because I have read that it is stimulating for dogs when you are away from the home. I also make all of Juneau’s food by hand and I like to experiment with different food combos in her stimulating food bowls!

Availability
I am a full-time student with a dog of my own but that is really all I do! Pretty much all of my classes are either asynchronous or in the evenings on campus. I love dogs and exercise daily so I thought signing up for this app was a no-brainer. I am very flexible and would be more than happy to help you out as best I can!
