Hi I’m Ruby, a 21yr old, reliable and enthusiastic dog Walker and sitter. I am experienced and trustworthy and have been walking dogs in my neighbourhood since I was 14. My family have a very nervous rescue dog from Romania so I am patient, understanding and kind towards them. I have volunteered in my local shelter over the past few years so I have gained a lot of experince with making dogs feel at ease. I also have a young cat at home who I adore, so I am happy to look after all your four legged friends!

Our dog had the best time with Ruby! It was such a relief to know that Daisy was being well looked after whilst we went away and Ruby kept us updated with lots of pictures! Our dog can be reactive to other dogs and Ruby was amazing at keeping Daisy safe on walks. The house was very clean when we got back. I highly recommend Ruby!!

Our first time using Rover.com. We have just returned from a week away with Ruby staying in our home and looking after our two dogs. They're both Hungarian rescue dogs and not the easiest. Katy is hyper and reactive to noise and other dogs. Milly is a foster, super scared and will only go outside with my husband. Ruby visited us twice before house-sitting, met the dogs and took Katy for a walk. She instantly put us at ease and we felt comfortable that she would look after both the dogs and the house. Ruby sent us updates and photos and cleared up Milly's mess. We came home and the house is spotless, an added bonus. We have no hesitation recommending Ruby for dog sitting in your home.

I am a very gentle and calm person, and will make your dog feel at ease and loved when you cannot. My house has lots of space to move around with a garden. We recently lost our senior dog, so I would love to have the emptiness filled! It is an all adult home, with lots of love and attention to give.

I love to go on walks. I am also very energetic and love to play games - anything from tug of war to hours of playing fetch!
