I love Mel! I knew from her profile that she would be a great fit. she is so kind, her place is so cute, clean & smells good, and she is far more than I expected out of a sitter. I've used sitters off Rover before and I never had the experience she gave me. When we did the meet and greet, my youngest dog has a habit of being growly to protect us at first but hast never bit or done anything beyond that at first upon meeting some people. Mel immediately got down to my dogs level and let him sniff her hand, then she pet his face, then went to kiss his nose and he let her and gave her a lick "kiss" back and then was totally friendly around her and her dogs after that guard down 100%. She has a way with not only communicating with you, but your dog and your dogs need as well. She gave us training tips to use and did a couple of training sessions with us and since then we've seen huge improvements. She also sends us videos & texts of our pups stay every morning and night with a short description of their bowl movements for the day, whether they ate or not, and any other details.

Melanie is a great sitter! This is now the 3rd time I've used her and she is so professional, very detail oriented in her daily status reports with images/videos of my dogs stay there. I really enjoy my experience with her. Highly recommend!
