Didn't know how to put a Gentle Leader collar on and took my dog out with it on wrong. I have security cameras so immediately called her to get my dog back inside and get the collar on right. She said she fixed it outside which would mean she took it off and had my dog totally unsecured outside. I told her to just bring my dog home and she did, and then left the front door wide open while in another room so my cat could've gotten out. Overall she was nice to my dog and was pleasant to deal with but I just didn't feel like my pets were safe with her.

Roz has been my neighbor for over 6 months. During this time, we’ve become trusted friends and she will walk my dog, Riley, whenever needed. I trust her with the care of my own dog and know that she will be a dependable and trustworthy caregiver to other dogs. She has even offered to walk Riley even when I have not asked. She is incredibly kind and caring and will be a fantastic dog walker/sitter.
