Your Dog's New Buddy
Pet care experience
*SPECIAL NOTE: as you will read in my profile we do specialize in seniors, disabled, and Brachycephalic breeds. Our boy Doc was recently diagnosed with liver cancer, so for his safety we will not be able to accept high energy dogs at this point in time. Thank you for understanding. I admit it, I am a dog addict! Love dogs, well, animals in general, but especially dogs. Our fur kids are just that, our kids...and your kids will be treated just like one of our family members. Dogs have always been part of my life. Have many years of experience providing pet sitting services both through a professional agency, and privately. Experience working with all ages of dogs and a huge variety of breeds, but specialize in senior dogs, senior disabled dogs, and brachycephalic breeds. Many of the families we pet sit for have stated "we wouldn't trust our dogs with anyone else." Available for weekdays, weekends, extended stays, overnights, and short notice care services. We understand that plans and schedules change and try our best to accommodate those changes to ensure both dog and their human's happiness. We are a human child free home. We are a cat-free home. We are a kennel-free home. We are a smoke-free home. We accept up to three guest dogs per night. We love being able to give each dog quality one-on-one time, love, and snuggles. We have a small house, full of dog toys, beds, and doggy blankets, extremely dog friendly. Our cozy yard is fenced with room to play, or just soak up the sun. We always go outside for the entire time our dogs and guest dogs are out, they are never left unattended. We have multiple motion lights to help with night time potty outings. We are experienced in giving medications (even have some great tricks, especially for those dogs that don't want to swallow the pill or keep finding it in the pill-pocket). We are experienced in giving pills (can crush if needed), liquid oral medications, eye drops, ear drops, shots, skin care medication. **PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT "HOLD" BOARDING SPOTS. ALL BOARDING IS ON A FIRST BOOKED BASIS. IF IT IS JUNE AND YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE OUT OF TOWN FOR TWO WEEKS OVER THANKSGIVING I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR DOGS STAY AS SOON AS YOU CAN TO ENSURE HE/SHE HAS A SPOT FOR THEIR THANKSGIVING STAYCATION WITH US. WE FILL UP FAST AND A "PENDING" STAY ISN'T A BOOKED STAY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. **DUE TO COVID-19 WE ONLY DO MEET AND GREETS OUTSIDE. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY, OUR SAFETY, AND OUR LOVED ONES SAFETY.
Reviews
When I drop off Wallace, his tail is wagging and he is obviously thrilled to be there. Roxanne’s lovely photos provide a glimpse of the fun and love he receives each day. It’s his second family and home ❤️
Roxanne takes great care of Ruby and sends daily updates and wonderful pictures.
Always a positive experience with Roxanne. My pup is always happy to run in when I drop him off and I never have to worry when I’m away because I know he’s been well taken care of
Roxanne always provides the best care!

Dogs in our care get treated just like one of our family members. During our outside meet and greet we will discuss your dogs needs, routine, etc. and do everything in our means to ensure your dogs stay is close to their regular schedule.

Information Roxanne R. would like to know about your pet
Does your dog have any allergies? Medications? Favorite things? Least favorite things? Food aggression? Special dietary needs? Special medical needs? Much of our experience is with brachycephalic breeds (we are suckers for those little flat faces, snorts, snores, and snots!), along with senior dogs, and senior disabled dogs. We understand the special needs of senior/disabled dogs and love their endearing spirits.
A typical day
When doing our meet and greet we will discuss your dogs favorite things, their likes/dislikes, medical needs, etc. I will do everything in my power to ensure your dog is happy, healthy, and safe while in our care. We have a cozy fenced yard and plenty of toys for outdoor and indoor play. Our home is 110% dog friendly with dogs being allowed on couches, chairs, and in bed. We also have dog beds in each room, for those extra cozy naps. We treat your fur kid just like one of our own, so lots of love, snuggles, tummy rubs, and quality playtime. We are also set-up to take senior/disabled dogs for walks as we have a large special dog stroller (our senior disabled girl loves going on short walks, then hanging out in the stroller once she gets tired).
