I have had dogs from childhood up until January 2023 and also had parakeets for part of my life. Dogs are my forte, but I have experience with other animals as well including cats. I have experience caring for rescues as all but 1 of my previous dogs were rescues. I have a zoology degree, which includes animal behaviour and have worked with various species in a wild park.

Our dogs love Roxanne and so do we! We were able to relax knowing our dogs were in safe hands. We loved seeing photos and videos of Casey and Sage while we were away. We have rebooked!
Roxanne was great with our 2 dogs. One is very shy but was able to settle well. We would happily ask Roxanne to watch our dogs again!

I have my own flat, so during boarding they would have a quiet space to relax. I can also take them out on regular walks due to work flexibility. I live near Bellahouston park, so would be happy to take them there as they have dog enclosure facilities should your dog need space to run.

Let me know if there are any medications they need to take as well as the times they should be eating/going out for walks. Please share any aggressive behaviour they may have, for example food agression or snapping when being picked up. Any further information you feel is important such as specific behaviours to watch out for please let me know as well.
A typical day
I’m very happy to take your dog on as many walks as needed while boarding, house sitting, or doggy daycare. I also have access to a large park with an enclosed area for dogs that I can take them to for playing/running. Also have ample time to play with them indoors as well and give them the attention they need. Happy to do any mental stimulation activities you’d like as long as the necessary materials are supplied to me by the owner.

Availability
I currently work from home, so I’m quite flexible when it comes to availability. I can do walks in the early mornings as well as evenings. Due to WFH, I am able to house sit practically whenever and would be able to be with your pet the whole time.
