Pet care experience
To say I am just a dog lover is truly an understatement. I have been blessed to have dogs and foster dogs with my family growing up since I was 10 years old. I have had a lot of experience with not only caring for the 5 pets (4 dogs, 1 cat) I have had growing up, but also with unfamiliar dogs in unique circumstances through fostering. This has allowed me to become familiar with adjusting to the different needs and personalities of new dogs making it the perfect match to board with me! In addition, my boyfriend has 2 dogs I have been taking care of the last 2 years - they live separately from me so if you choose to have your dog in my care they will not interact with them at all. I have also dog sat previously and twice a year I have a trip of driving down 2 dogs to Florida for an elderly couple and taking care of them in their home until they arrive. From walking, feeding to baths, dr appointments, medications & crate training I have been happy to experience it all! I have been able to care for puppies all the way to senior dogs across varying breeds so all are welcome to my home. Please take a look at my gallery to see some of the update pics you might expect ! No matter the weather I try to take all dogs I get on a nice walk / play time on the beach if they are able to ! I do own a kitten who is very friendly and keeps to herself when dogs are around !

Roxanne is the absolute best and Foxy had the best time while staying with her. We had never left our dog for over a week before, and this time, Roxanne made everyone feel so comfortable. We received multiple updates every day and felt so reassured that Foxy was safe and happy, even with all of the meds she was taking at the time. Foxy’s stomach was even upsetting her, so Roxanne cooked her rice and chicken every day! She was so attentive. Whether it is just a day or a week, we plan to book with Roxanne whenever we can in the future.
Roxanne made me feel so comfortable boarding my dog with her overnight! She always sends updates and is so responsive. Roxanne definitely has experience with dogs and it shows! Can’t wait to board my dog with her again!
Roxanne (& Leo) took great care of our puppies. They sent lots of pictures and videos to keep us up to date. And, a bonus that they live right by the beach and our dogs absolutely love the beach.

When I have had dogs over in the past we have had no issues with safety in the apartment! I have a dog camera I setup for the pups so I can monitor them if I need to run an errand. They are allowed on the furniture (unless advised otherwise), I can accommodate crate training, medications and really any other needs your pet has to make them absolutely comfortable. There is plenty of room for them to play, relax and eat. Living by the beach also has the great bonus of beach walks! So if allowed we will definitely take some strolls along the water.

Please let me know how they are with walks (pull a lot, can interact or not with dogs on walks). If they have any medications they require, habits to maybe be more mindful of (ex chewing shoes) - any other accommodations don't hesitate to share!
A typical day
Starting in the morning we would go for a walk followed up by some delicious breakfast and pets before the work day! I am able to take them out to walk every couple of hours and at the end of the day enjoy a nice lengthy walk around the blocks or the ne beach! I live a half block from the water so I will be happy to take them for a nice beach walk followed by a bath if needed! Of course we can discuss how they are with baths and if preferred I can not take them to the beach. I get bursts of energy myself throughout the work day so we can have plenty of play breaks. After the evening walk we would have dinner and wind down with some cuddles on the couch.

Since I am home most days of the week, I am available to walk the dogs multiple times a day and shower them with all of the love and affection they can think of!
