Pawsitively fun! 🐾
Pet care experience
Owner of Zen Dogs Whistler Email us for inquiries. Dog training has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. I've trained and competed in agility events across Canada for several years with my own dogs. I have experience working with dogs with complex training and rehabilitation needs(probably my favourite dogs to work with actually). I’ve also worked for 2 years as an off-leash group adventure hike leader, here in beautiful Whistler,BC, walking up to 12 dogs at the time. As my passion for dog behaviour developed, I started to get educated. I have my pet first aid certification from walks n wags. I have taken the Body Language and Dog Knowledge course from Bravo Dog Training and completed my Dog Trainer Foundation course from the Karen Prior Academy. I am now in the process of getting my Certificate in Training and Counseling (CTC) from the world-renowned Academy for Dog Trainers by Jean Donaldson. My favourite is to spend time with the same dog regularly and see them progress; exercise and brain work is the best way to get a happy and well-behaved furry friend and I'm happy to help busy owners to achieve that goal or just to help you get a fun day on the mountain! ⛷💨
Reviews
Responsive and provided photos and videos. Charged extra for a one hour hike which wasn’t advertised initially. Looks like they went for a nice walk.
Roxanne was great, our puppy was very happy to see her the second time. She also gave us some useful insights and advice about some behavioural issues we're having. Highly recommend!
Roxanne was great. My dogs liked her a lot and they are pretty picky. They are looking forward to seeing her again soon. I'd have no hesitation recommending Roxanne. Professional. Prompt. Great with dogs. Your dogs are good hands.
Qanik was so happy to see Roxanne when she picked him up and seemed to be out there having fun on his walk. Highly recommend.
