work from home and do lots of walks
Pet care experience
I have grown up with lots dogs at home, big and small. I generally work from home but If I do go out would love to take your 4 legged family members with me to explore London. Happy to cater to your rules e.g. if you don’t let your dog on the couch, I won’t let it on mine. But if you do, I’m more than happy to let it on and cuddle. I don’t have a garden so we would be going out for a walk every 2 hours minimum or spending the day at the park. If your dog is fit then I could go running with it, if your doggy is getting on a bit then sitting in the park or lounging in front of the tele is on the agenda.

Thank you for approaching me. I am an avid dog lover myself and have known Ross for 20 years plus, I would not hesitate in recommending Ross for this position. I know Ross to be trustworthy, responsible and consistent in his behaviour. He has been brought up with dogs of different breeds - (large and small), cats, parrots, hamsters etc in his own home and has proved to be more than patient with animals whatever the circumstances. He is of a calm nature, is sensitive and responsive to both owner and animal needs. A sensible young man, who will be well prepared in this role to assure owners that their dogs will be well looked after. He will insist on knowing closest vets, other contacts etc in case of an emergency. Ross had always enjoyed walking dogs, he is physically fit and will be aware of his surroundings to counteract any issues should anything dangerous/difficult occur on the way! He has a natural instinct with animals, will be firm and affectionate. It is not in his nature to abuse owner’s rules of the house with animals, he will understand and conform to the rules in every aspect. Most importantly, I believe that Ross will make the dogs feel at ease and provide them with the attention and love they require. Owners can go away with peace of mind knowing their animals will be well cared for in terms of food, water, sleep, exercise and safety.
Insight: Timmy is a large 7 year old staffie Cross. We adopted Timmy from Battersea (London) as a puppy. He is strong, friendly, bouncy, excitable and has a lot of energy. After trying several highly respected kennels Timmy found being away from his family was too distressing. The sound of other dogs and being away from home causes him to become so destressed he would cry all day and night and become physically ill. Ross met Timmy: we were quite nervous at the idea of Timmy being cared for by someone else at first, After talking to Ross it was quite clear his knowledge on K9s is highly extensive. Ross spend time meeting Timmy and understood his personality instantly, Timmy became trustly of him and engaged brilliantly with him. When we collected Timmy he was so happy, relaxed and looked in amazing shape. Timmy has been cared for several times and I wouldn't send him to anyone else. Ross is a true Dog whisper.
