Most importantly, I am always learning! ❤️ Completed Pet First Aid Certification through Walks N' Wags. Valid for 3 years, as of March 3, 2024. I have experience caring for cats, birds, ferrets, and of course, dogs! Since my early teens, I've done pet sitting, training and boarding for friends. Now, I would like to extend my services to the greater community of Calgary! I have two cats, one is a rescue, who used to have severe separation anxiety. He is now comfortable with extended departures and has improved greatly. I'm comfortable with all medications and administration, trained in emergencies for situations like seizures, or injury. I bring a pet First aid kit with me, to all services. 🤕 I would love to earn your trust and build a long-term relationship with you and your furry family! Rosie was an absolute GEM that we found here on Rover to babysit our diabetic cat, Rylie. We are travelling from Vancouver to Toronto with our special needs famous cat, and needed someone to watch him in the hotel while we were out for the afternoon. She arrived early so she could get acquainted with him, and made sure to keep us update for the entire visit. I was also super thankful she was flexible with time, because we were about 30 minutes late getting home. She handled taking his blood sugar really well with our pet meter on his paw, and even took some really cute Star Wars themed pictures for us since it was May the 4th haha!!! (This was amazing for us since Rylie is an Instagram cat). I’m so glad we were able to find her, she’s incredibly sweet & genuine. I honestly was really worried using this app for our special needs boy, but she blew us away. She even came with a pet emergency first aide kit!!! 10/10 and will use her again and again whenever we are in Calgary!!
Rosie is the absolute best. I’m a repeat client. Every time she’s watched mica everything goes smoothly she’s on time, great communication, tons of photos of mica throughout the visit. I really enjoy having her and more importantly trust her with my little Meeks!
Rosie is fabulous! She was an instant fit with our Tippy and Judy. Lots of updates and videos. Highly recommend her!
Rosie has looked after our cats twice now, and we truly could not ask for a better pet sitter. She always keeps us updated on what's going on and treats our cats with so much love!

I am able to provide chewable, drops and injection medications. Whenever possible, I like to build familiarity with your pet. So I am available for a meet-&-greet with the animal(s) to allow them 30-45 minutes to be comfortable with my presence and know my scent before upcoming visits. I hope this provides the time and space for owners to communicate some of the small things and preferences. I provide check-in photos and communication on arrival/departure. I'm also open to live video calls! I will provide training if you'd like for your cats or dogs, so you can fill me in on all the bad habits your breaking, and your current tricks, and commands you're practicing! I'll be happy to follow through on those throughout the service. I will unfortunately be unable to host any animals at my home as the space does not allow privacy from my two furbabies.

A typical day
Your pet and I will be tuckered out and probably need a nap after our visit! I enjoy special activities like playing their favourite songs, playing with their favourite toys, and cuddle time! I'm super excited if we can go for a walk together to bug the birdies and catch the bugs!

Availability
Typically my schedule has lots of flexibility and availability. I know my calander events months in advance. I tend to book things quarterly. I'm unavailable Tuesdays or Thursdays. I'm open to hybrid/mixed bookings of full-days, and drop - ins. I can book weeks and months in advance for your peace of mind too. I can also make a referral to a wonderful sitter on here, if by chance I'm unavailable.❤️
