I was a bit disappointed with the care Twinkie was given with this sitter. The first visit she had trouble catching him to give him his medicine and by the last visit she just put food in his dish and left without seeing him at all. This worried me because what if he had escaped or gotten hurt or something and she didn’t even check on him? She also did not check in and check out correctly, two of her visits were under 10 minutes long. She did message me a lot when she was trying to catch him and I gave her tips like giving him treats and playing with his wand. Twinkie has never hidden from a pet sitter before, all of his previous sitters have loved him and sent me tons of pictures of them playing with him and petting him. I worry that she was not being nice to him and that’s why he kept hiding under the bed. Regardless of that, as a pet sitter myself I hold myself to a higher standard and if a cat needs medicine twice a day I make sure they get it. She also left the wet food out on the counter, didn’t even put the second serving back in the fridge so Twinkie did have diarrhea when I got back. I’m just upset at the care he was given, especially since he’s a senior cat and very easy to take care of because he’s so sweet! I was only gone for two days and worried about him the entire time I was gone.

Rosemary was fantastic; she took good care of my doggy Nacho. She played with him and spent time with him. She also let me know how he was and sent me daily photos, and she went further she watered my plants, printed a Nacho photo and left the house neat.
