I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I grew up with Yorkies for years. I was more of a big dog person so I had two Weimaraners once out on my own. I now have a super sweet laid back St Bernard (Lucy) who loves everyone. My kids are of the age where they can help with caring for pets and have been taught from a very young age how to respect and care for animals. Dogs to me are family and I want you to feel like my home is an extension of yours when your dog stays with me. They will get lots of love, brushes, treats (if allowed) and exercise if needed. I work from home so I can take them on walks throughout the day which helps break up my day from sitting on the computer for hours. They will have someone around most of the day to keep them company. The only time they will be left alone is for a couple of hours some days during the week when my kids have practice for soccer or track. I have a small fenced yard. We are also a very active family. We go for bike rides and hikes often. I taught my 2 Weimraners and my St Bernard how to run along side my bike on rides. Maybe I could teach your dog too. It’s a great way to get their energy out. I also have a basket on the front of my bike so that the little pets can also go for a ride. Your pet will have free roam of the house but I can work with you on any rules you may need me to follow for them. If they need to be crated, need medications, special diet I can do it. I only take a few pets at a time to ensure every pet gets plenty of time and attention to their needs.
