Pet care experience
Ive been watching animals for about 5 years either house sitting, having them at my place or doing daily dog walks. I provide a structure yet flexible schedule to make sure all dogs needs are met, making sure they're fed, rested, active and occasional training if needed.

Rose did an amazing job looking after our 11 1/2 year old rottweiler for the week. Her property is a perfect retreat for dogs and ours will definitely stay with her again!
I left my pup with Rose for 4 nights and during that time, I felt super confident that she was in good hands! Really happy to now have a solid place in the Valley she can stay for the times she can't come with or would just have more fun hanging out with Rose

I have 2 dogs of my own who are social loving dogs to other animals and people. We all love going on daily pack walks together with occasional training if needed. This is a great opportunity for your pet to have a social, loving and fun outdoor experience.

A typical day
Usually I like to do a morning walk on the land first thing. Then I will often go for a hike or a bike ride in spring summer or fall. Winter I usually will do cross country skiing on the rail trail. If I’m in Nelson town I will go to the trails there and the dog park.
