Pet care experience
I'm a physician completing my residency at UCSF and care for cancer patients. I love dogs because through their love and loyalty, they are amazing healers and best friends. While I love animals, because of my own work schedule and our apartment rental restrictions, it is not possible for me to have my own pets at this time. I would love to spend time with your dog and give it love and attention when I am available. I love to run, jog, hike, snowboard, surf, horseback ride and would be happy to take your dog out for a beautiful day in the park. If you have special requests or if your dog has special needs I will do my best to accommodate and help address your concerns.

Rose was amazing. I've had a number of sitters on Rover and I can say Rose went above and beyond what most Rovers do. She took my pup for a hike at Eaton canyon and he looked so tired and happy in all her amazing pictures. I had to save them all!
Rose was fantastic!! She went out of way to make sure that we were completely comfortable having her watch our boy. She is a dog lover and will take care of your dog as if it were her own. She sent us pictures and video of them together throughout the day. I highly recommend having Rose watch your dog.
Rose was amazing with our senior dog Smallz! She took such good care of him and kept him company while we were gone!

I would like to know if the dog is well-trained and the weight, age and breed of the dog. The general energy level of the dog and its activity needs, and if the dog has specific preferences or anxiety either outdoors or around other people or pets. If the dog is shy around people or does not get along with other dogs on walks would also be helpful to know.
A typical day
I love the Presidio/Golden Gate Bridge Recreation Area and Lands End to jog or walk and also walk/jog weekly in the Golden Gate or Panhandle area. I also love to bike or go for a stroll around the Embarcadero area. I am happy to play catch with balls or freebies wit the dogs as well as take them to the beach or park for a run.
