Do not leave your dog with this woman. I’m reporting her to rover. She did not take good care of my dog. I typed out instructions and communicated with her and she did not follow them. I provided all of the food and snacks for my dog and she fed her random food I did not send. I paid extra for this lady because she only takes one dog at a time, allegedly, and I was clear my dog is not a fan of strange dogs she doesn’t know or hasn’t had a chance to acclimate to. What did she do? She had a stray dog, who could have lord only know what fleas, ticks, or diseases, around my pet. I was clear when I dropped her off I didn’t what other dogs there. She just ignored that and did what she wanted. My flight was delayed and so I arranged to have my sister pick up my dog early to insure I didn’t inconvenience her or have her keep my dog later than we originally agreed. When my sister arrived my poor dog basically fled. She looks skinny and Rose said she hadn’t eaten during basically the whole stay even though when she texted me throughout she indicated that she’d “eaten a GOOD dinner”. I don’t know what to believe but I know my dog looks skinny. I don’t know if she got sick from that stray or whatever random food Rose decided to fed my dog in lieu of what I sent. I don’t normally leave bad reviews and I’ve never had a bad experience on Rover prior to this woman. It’s completely inappropriate to disregard clear instructions and preferences when caring for someone else’s pet. I wouldn’t want anyone else to worry about their dog like I did throughout my entire trip. Don’t book her for your pet. Also I have text messages and photos to back up what I’m saying.

Mrs. Rose was the kindest and most loving person for our dog . She kept us updated daily and sent lots of pictures. We felt that our boy was staying with family, that is what she made us feel, that she was family. We already reserved our next booking with Rose. We cannot think of anyone better to care for our sweet Rocky.
