I love your dog already!
Pet care experience
I often walk and care for my sister's dog, Millie, a female, 30 lb mixed breed. I live on the upper east side so I often take Millie to Carl Schurz Park to the dog park there or if it's a nice day I will take her to Central Park. I have also dog sat overnight for Millie. I have also cared for a english bulldog, Winston, and did overnight sitting for him. Winston was a very nervous and anxious dog, so I always made sure to make sure he was comfortable when walking him outside. I work on the upper east side so it is possible for me to live work and walk a dog in the middle of the day if you live in that neighborhood. I am also available most weeknights and weekends! I am very comfortable around dogs and thoroughly enjoy caring for them.

For someone with a very timid english bulldog it is difficult for me to find a person to care for him. It can take extra time, patience, and compassion when dealing with a dog like him. Rose has exemplified those characteristics for him on numerous occasions and he has grown to trust her. Also, on one occasion when he had an accident on the stairs and she took care of the situation quickly and professionally.
Rose watched my senior puppy Jay (7 year old Shih-poo) over a long weekend. We rarely leave him with pet sitters, especially someone who isn't family, but received her name from a friend. When I came home, I could tell that Rose had taken excellent care of my puppy-brother. She stuck to the food schedule and even with his cute begging, avoided giving him human food (due to his allergies). Jay has to be walked three times a day to keep him young and fit and Rose made sure that he even got to attend off-leash hours at his favorite park. I would definitely use Rose again and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a responsible pet sitter!
