Pet care experience
!! Please note: I cannot currently take repeating dog walks during the weekdays. I AM available for non-repeating or semi-repeating walks (for same-day emergencies, for vacations and trips, etc.). !! While they're in my care, I will treat your pets with the love and care as if they are my own. I worked with a Humane Society in Colorado for years with their dog socialization and training program. I love working with all types of animals, and will happily provide structure and an energy outlet for your pet while they are in my care. For dogs, I'm aware of different breed requirements, and want to work with you to give your dog the specific outlet they need to keep them happy and entertained.

Rose takes care of Kira so often you're probably tired of my reviews. So I'll just add that she noticed some ants near her food bowl and told me how to get rid of them. She also takes such good photos of my cat that I've stopped trying.
Rose was fantastic! We recently adopted three cats, two that unfortunately don't get along, and one that takes daily anxiety medication. I had some anxiety about going on a week-long trip and leaving the cats, but Rose did everything possible to make us feel at ease and to address the needs of our girls. She was so communicative, flexible, and truly understands how to meet cats where they are. She also went above and beyond in several ways, including visiting the cats the day of heavy snow. We can't recommend Rose highly enough!
Rose was great - available over the holidays and was able to come over frequently to take care of my cats. She was very communicative and responsive, and made me feel better as a first time user of Rover.
Rose was available with fairly short notice to provide potty breaks for our pups. She was very detailed in her daily updates which gave me peace of mind knowing the dogs were well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I aim to be you in your pet's absence. While I know I can't replace the real thing, I will be more than happy to interact with your pet however you do. I will follow detailed play instructions or improvise if they're not given. Please note occasionally I have my child or, on weekends, occasionally spouse with me. On those occasions the child is to sit on the couch and keep his hands to himself.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or desires. I will gladly accommodate anything. While pet safety is my number one concern, their enrichment and enjoyment is a close second.
A typical day
Dogs are given plenty of time to sniff on walks. I try to go to unique places so they can find new scents to sniff. Cats get as much play time and cuddle time as they will tolerate. I know every cat is different and some take longer to warm up. If your cat won't come out, I will stay there reading a book just to provide some company.
