Pet care experience
I have owned a dog since I was 11 years old, and raised my family's dog from a incredibly untrained puppy to a friendly, well-trained and sociable dog (she is a vislza, a big dog, so I have the most experience with medium to large dogs). I have dog sit many different types of dogs, from labs to poodles to dachshunds. I am a very active person and love to hike, run and walk with dogs. I spend the majority of my weekend outside, hiking around trails in Berkeley or jogging around my neighborhood, so I am happy to take care of dogs that need to be walked. I am highly professional and communicative, and will be happy to work in whichever way is easiest for you and your schedule.

Rose is a responsible, reliable and dog-loving individual. She grew up around her beloved pup, Tsara, and is experienced with taking her out on long walks, hikes and runs. Tsara is a high energy dog--so Rose is more than able to handle even the most active of Canines. Any dog would be more than lucky to spend a few hours playing and walking with Rose!

While I do not have a fenced yard I am extra diligent on keeping dogs on lease and in eyesight when taking them to the nearby park or on walks. I do not have any other pets in my building and my apartment is spacious and light-filled.

A typical day
I love to take dogs on hikes with me in the Berkeley hills, on walks in my neighborhood in Elmwood, and to hang out with at home. I miss having my family dog around and love the company of a furry companion!
