Pet care experience
I have had pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, mice, rabbits and guinea pigs, I love them all! I am comfortable administering medication (my own cat is 20, and this has made me very sneaky with giving tablets!) I am also perfectly comfortable with young kittens and puppies. Having grown up with dogs, I am also more than happy to take your pet on walks in the local area. I have long term experience caring for animals with disabilities and significant anxiety. I am happy to sit down with you and discuss your pets needs, any concerns you may have and any specific requirements. Leaving your pets in the care of a stranger can be daunting, so I will go out of my way to make you - and your pet - as comfortable and happy as possible.

Rosa did a fantastic job at looking after my kittens. I was quite worried about leaving them for the first time, but Rosa’s daily updates helped reassure me they were in good hands. Being a vet, I have quite specific requirements for my pets, but Rosa was able to provide all the love and care they needed whilst I was away. 10/10 recommended
Having known my now 2 year old cat since he was just an 8 week old Kitten, Oliver and Rosa have built an incredible relationship - I’m so grateful to be able to trust in Rosa to care for Oliver and give him the attention he needs when myself or husband are not around. Oliver can be nervous around other people and has anxious traits (I think as a result of being a covid baby and not getting to see new faces as much as we’d have liked when he was young) but Rosa manages this behaviour extremely well and her experience really shines through here. Rosa has also been confident in taking Oliver for medical treatment due to an infected wound on his foot. She proceeded to successfully administer the antibiotics so this cleared up quickly for him. Availability
I work full time, but from home, with plenty of time to drop in to visit your pet on lunch breaks, before and after work. On top of that if you are looking for someone to spend an hour or two with your pet and to keep them company, I am happy to bring along my work laptop so I can get on with that while giving all the tummy rubs/fuss and attention, as well as walks or time in the garden. This means my hours aren't necessarily tied down to my lunch break, early morning or evening, and I can be flexible around your schedule.
