Pet care experience
I worked 2 years at Ridgeview Veterinary Hospital up in Los Alamos, NM before moving to Colorado to attend the veterinary technician program here at CMC. I have also had some experience with exotics (fish, guinea pigs) and would be happy to assist in care for them as well. I have experience in administering insulin shots to both dogs and cats (shown by an veterinary assistant at RVH). I have also worked at a Doggie Day Care during the summers when I am not here at school. I enjoy being outdoors in beautiful Colorado and taking hikes on both trails and sidewalks. Parks are a nice alternative especially with dog and people friendly pets. I just moved to Colorado Springs as of May 2023, most of my experience is from Pagosa Springs and Glenwood Springs. I’m happy to give out references upon request.
