- I have experience with dogs from many kennels and volunteer work on top of frequently dog sitting for family friends, neighbors, and anyone else in meed of a petsitter - I've worked in an emergency and referral center, general practice, and veterinary pharmacy, experience with animal care totaling over 5 years. I have experience with every size, shape, age, breed, health status, etc. dog! - I love every kind of breed (especially the large ones!) - I am able to administer medication including pills and injections, along with nail trimming, bathing, and ear cleaning. - I can read canine body language, handle large dogs, and can recognize/reward appropriate behavior - I will never judge! I understand some pets are overweight or have health conditions. It's my job to both support the pet AND you throughout the entire sitting process, meaning the dog's well-being is my first priority and your comfort is just as important.
