Walking your furry friend with love

Pet care experience

As a dedicated dog mom for the past four years, I understand the importance of trust, care, and love when it comes to your furry family member. I adopted my own dog, Max, and took on the responsibility of training him myself. Throughout that process, I learned to read and respond to pet's needs whether they're feeling nervous, scared, or on the verge of acting out. I have a keen eye for those behavior cues and will ensure a safe and enjoyable walking experience for your dog. No matter the size, I'm able to handle dogs of all breeds and temperaments. From the gentlest of pups to the most energetic of breeds, I provide the care and attention they deserve. I have the experience, confidence, and skill to maintain control and ensure a peaceful walk, even in challenging situations. You can trust me to be your reliable partner in keeping your pet happy, healthy, and well-exercised!

Roopa helped walk my dog twice and he was home happy and exhausted. Highly recommended!

Roopa was wonderful with my one year old pup Lana. She was patient and engaging with my hyper energetic pup. Lana loved spending time with her and you can tell that she really cares about my pup. We feel so much better knowing Roopa is taking care of our dog and we always look forward to her picture updates. 100% Recommend!

I will always have have your dog on the leash when they are walking. Even if your dog is well trained for off leash training and has great recall, I will not be letting them off the leash but will be engaging their physical activity in other ways by running. If and when we go to a closed fenced dog park, I will let them off the leash and will play with them in whatever manner they engage with the best. If you would like, I can also stimulate them mentally by teaching them a small new trick and give them treats throughout our walk to reward good behavior (please let me know if they are allergic to anything so I can get treats for them accordingly).

Information Roopa M. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know about their physical activity level and how often they need to go out for potty breaks. If there are any dietary restrictions or allergies, I need to know ahead of time as well. Please bring the food they usually eat enough for the entire time they are staying with me so there is minimal changes while they are away from home. Let me know if there are any other behavioral issues I should know about to avoid putting your furry friend in stressful situations. Bring with you any toys they like to play with as well.

A typical day

I will go on morning walks starting at whatever time preferred (I usually wake up at 6AM but can let your furry friend sleep in if they wake up later). Once we come back from the morning walk, I will make sure they have their first meal of the day. I leave the food for them to eat and then remove the food after an hour. We will spend the rest of the lounging, if required I will stimulate them mentally by teaching them small new tricks and playing mental games. We will go for a quick potty break again in the afternoon, just an in and out. We will not have the next long walk of the day until the evening around 5:30pm. This walk, depending on the energy levels and physical capacity, will be the longest walk of the day and we will explore. If I am taking care of your dog throughout the weekend then we will most likely go on a hike.
