I’m writing this to prevent anyone else from experiencing what we went through. During the meet and greet I noticed the fence had holes that needed to be patched since my dog will escape. I was told she would be but into a room on the bottom level. I explained that would be a problem. She wants to be near people since she has separation anxiety and would want to stay in her bed. I took the response of “ok” to be an understanding. I dropped her a few days later with her essentials including her bed, CBD cookies in case of thunder, fireworks, gunshots, etc. as these things frighten her. The following day while at my daughters graduation from college I get a frantic call, she is gone. I told them to cruise the neighborhood and if seen tell her she is going for a ride and open the door. She will go in. I started to contact her location device help line and fortunately, she walked up to the sitters. The next day we picked her up. The sitter told us she damaged trim in the downstairs room. I am shocked. I asked if she was locked in. She was. I asked if there was thunder and lightning since there was in my location 90 minutes away. She wasn’t aware of any. I looked up the weather and yes, there were thunder storms all night and she should have been given the CBD cookies and kept inside. It’s likely why she ran off. I was frustrated and as we packed up, I asked for her bed. They told me they threw it away. She chewed it up. They never said that. I never saw it or a picture. It was my dogs safe place not to mention very pricey and chosen due to her arthritis.

We boarded our young and energetic pup with Steven and Roo for the first time. They were great ... we got several pics and our girl seemed to have a great time and was well cared for. She came back a little tired ... I think she got lots of exercise. We'd use them again for sure.
