Ronny is always great. He takes terrific care of Cujo and Kiki.
Overall, I had a positive experience. However, I had to pick up one of my dogs earlier than planned due to some aggression concerns. Despite this, he communicated promptly and handled the situation effectively. My other dog was well taken care of, and I appreciated Ronny’s advice and assistance.
Ronny was absolutely excellent in caring for my Norman. He was patient, calm, and very accommodating throughout the entire stay. He updated with pictures and how he was doing. I had to extend the booking for a couple more days due to an out‑of‑state emergency, and he handled everything with such kindness and understanding. His patience and compassion during a stressful time meant so much to me. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care he provided. Ronny is definitely my go-to sitter and have recommended him to my friends and family.
Ronny was great! We had our Merce with him for a whole week and was very responsive. He seems to be more in the present with your pet and will send videos once he has a chance.
He provided good care and was able to settle our anxious dogs.
