Sally stayed two nights with Roni. She took good care of her. Sent regular updates.

I requested a walk from Roni for both of my dogs, one walk at a time. One walk at 5PM-5:30PM and another walk for my second dog 5:30 PM-6 PM. Prior to the scheduled date, it started raining, so we rescheduled for the following Friday so she would not have to walk our dogs in the rain. On Friday 01/12, she arrived 15 minutes late which cut into our time for the walk our dogs needed. She also did not follow the instructions I sent 3 days prior on how to enter the gated community. She then does not listen to my husband regarding some details about our dog before the walk. She was very careless, and unprofessional. We canceled the second walk right then and there. We did not trust her with our dogs and she also seemed to not have a lot of experience with dogs as she claimed. All her conversations and messages were also very unprofessional. We will not be rebooking.
