Ronda loves the animals she owns. She has owned pets as a child and on as an adult and has always been responsible for their care. She stays up to date on her cats' and one dog's immunizations and actually she is hesitant to travel too much because her first priority is to make sure someone she can trust can watch her animals and this isn't easy to arrange every time so she will choose to stay with her animals. Every time something is wrong or may be wrong with one of her animals, she takes them to the vet right away. Even the dog which requires minimal grooming as a short hair Chihuahua gets groomed pretty regularly because she wants her nails trimmed and she trusts a professional more to do this task. Every time I talk to her, 50% of her conversation is about what she needed to do to care for or treat one of her pets' issues (they are rarely serious because she is very much on top of anything that may be come chronic). The dog she owns actually became her pet because a close friend of ours, on a whim, adopted the pet at a flea market without much forethought and couldn't be responsible for her after all, so Ronda, though she wasn't originally in the market for a dog took on this responsibility and grew to love Cinnamon for life.
